3. The main functions and main indicators of the system

The main function of the cabinet is to integrate all equipment inside the cabinet, which is convenient for installation, commissioning, maintenance and management, so that the cabinet becomes the carrier of equipment operation, so as to achieve efficient and safe working effects.

The front door and rear door of the shielded cabinet (optional) are sheet metal doors (installed with electromagnetic shielding elastic material), one 1*300 waveguide window on the outside of the top, and a fan pack is installed; 300 1*300 waveguide window on the outside of the bottom, and a fan is installed on the inside; Inside the cabinet, 300 trays. Install a power filter (3A~16A) power filter (32A~7A) at the rear door of the cabinet; A 1-position PDU (260 pc) is installed, casters are mounted on the bottom, and the cabinet weighs about <>kg (excluding internal equipment).

4. Product features and description

(1). Good electromagnetic shielding performance: it can meet the C level requirements of GB/T12190-2006 required by users.

(2). Cabinet structure description

a). The inside of the cabinet can meet 19 inches, all equipment can be fixed on the shelf, and if the shelving equipment is less than the depth space of the cabinet column, it can be installed and fixed by the rack tray.

b). The material is made of cold-rolled galvanized steel sheet, and the frame is fully welded to maintain the overall strength of the cabinet.

c). Caster, which has the characteristics of flexible rotation, large load capacity, exquisite appearance and reliable quality, and its single load is 500KG, which can fully meet the load-bearing range of the cabinet during transportation and static.

g). The blank baffle on the cabinet can also choose 1U\2U\4U and other different specifications according to the internal equipment.

5. Installation of equipment inside the cabinet

When all cabinets are installed and debugged on site, the internal equipment of the cabinet needs to be installed on the cabinet.

a). According to the internal system equipment installation diagram of the cabinet, find the corresponding equipment, the installation equipment premise is to meet the standard 19-inch shelf requirements, if it is a non-standard product, it needs to be re-customized to the shelf panel or drawer to fix.

b). When the equipment is installed, it is necessary to install the upper nut in the corresponding mounting hole.

6. Terms of Use

(1). Preparation and inspection before use:

Before use, check whether the equipment installation parts are missing or damaged, such as PDU power supply wiring, terminal blocks, wire sheaths, grounding wires, and whether the front and rear doors rotate smoothly. At the same time, check the dust caused by the installation inside the cabinet, and blow it clean before use.

(2). Operation method

Check whether all cables are properly connected, the simplest tool is to use a screwdriver to check whether the cable ground is loose, so as not to cause poor contact at the joint and sparks. And check whether the wiring of all equipment in the cabinet is correct or missing.

(3). Normal start-up procedure and warm-up time

When the equipment is installed and inspected, the cabinet equipment can be powered on and gradually start all the equipment in the cabinet, if the humidity inside the computer room is high, it needs to be preheated for 10-30 minutes after powering.

(4). Operating procedures, methods and precautions during operation

When the equipment is running, if there is no abnormal situation, do not manually cut off the power, so as to cause data loss.

7. Maintenance, maintenance

(1). Maintenance cycle

Generally, after the cabinet is in normal operation, it needs to be inspected once within 1-2 months, and inspection records need to be made for each inspection.

(2) Normal maintenance procedures

a). During the operation process, due to the long-term operation of the cabinet in the machine room, when the cabinet is merged and the equipment is installed, due to the insufficient levelness of the ground and the gravity of the equipment inside the cabinet, it is necessary to readjust the flatness after powering off the equipment, and the manufacturer can be notified for debugging if it is serious.

b) When the equipment inside the cabinet is abnormal, operate according to the equipment instruction manual. In principle, it is to stop first, then power off, and then repair.

(3) Maintenance, maintenance and sealing during long-term storage

a). Check the storage environment, including temperature and humidity.

b). It is necessary to pay attention to internal protection when storing it for a long time, because dust, insects and other debris accumulated over time affect the shelf life of the equipment.
